Coaching and platform set-up start together in week one. The platform typically takes 30 days on standard systems and 60 days on anything custom. Your people are not waiting for the platform, and the platform is not waiting for your people.

Platform
Map your key systems. Connect the core ones (TMS, telematics, finance), secure them and set access by role, depot and region. Standard systems configured by about day 30.
Bring in safety, fleet and anything custom. All systems configured by about day 60.

How pricing works
The platform has two parts: a fixed price to configure it, then a monthly subscription. Both are based on your fleet size and how complex your business model and data sources are. Coaching is priced separately, based on the size of your team.
